Your order is very important to us. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day, and international orders are shipped via express, to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible. In the event you occur a delivery issue or simply have a question, then please do not hesitate to contact us for any queries.

For ease of shopping, you are able to shop and checkout in major currencies.


Australia & New Zealand FREE SHIPPING

  • Fast dispatch within 1 business day. All shipments are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery.
  • Free shipping is available on all products.
  • Express Post also available, option will display at checkout and price dependent on delivery region.
  • Estimated shipping times will show at checkout, delivery times vary dependent on delivery region.
  • We do not ship on weekends and public holidays in NSW Australia.
  • If your parcel is undeliverable and returned to us due to being rejected, incomplete address or failure to pickup the parcel from the Post Office within the allowed time, an AUD$20 fee is payable.
  • If you have made a mistake during checkout, please contact us immediately.

 

INTERNATIONAL- Rest of world FREE SHIPPING orders over AUD$300

  • Fast dispatch within 1 business day. All shipments are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery.
  • Free Shipping for orders over AUD$300, Shipping fee for orders under AUD$300 is AUD$35.
  • Comfort Me Australia sends parcels using the Australia Post Express International service.
  • Where express service is not available in your region, a standard service will be used.
  • Service used and estimated shipping times will show at checkout, delivery times vary dependent on delivery region.
  • In the case Australia Post does not delivery to your Country, a shipping option will not be available at checkout. If this occurs, please contact us and we may be able to arrange delivery with an alternate carrier.
  • Transit Insurance is added free of charge, permitted your delivery region accepts transit cover.
  • Import Duties are not included. For duties estimate if any, please check with your relevant authority in your region.
  • We do not ship on weekends and public holidays in NSW Australia.
  • If your parcel is undeliverable and returned to us due to being rejected, incomplete address, unpaid duties or failure to pickup the parcel from the Post Office within the allowed time, an AUD$35 fee is payable.
