• Warranty claims must be lodged within 12 months from date of purchase.

• Items returned for warranty evaluation will be processed in approximately 7-14 days. 
• Items deemed defective will be repaired or replaced and evaluated on a case by case basis at our discretion. 
• Refund can only be requested if warranty claim is within 7 days from purchase date.
