Goods Warranty
Warranty Conditions:
- Regular priced items: Warranty claims must be lodged within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Clearance items: Warranty claims must be lodged within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Goods purchased from an authorised stockist can be claimed directly with UGG Comfort Me Australia.
- Warranty applies to defective materials and workmanship only.
What isn't covered under warranty:
- Items purchased longer than the applicable warranty period (12 months for regular priced items, 3 months for clearance items).
- Wear & Tear
- Toe Blowout
- Outsoles wearing out
- Water damage or deterioration caused by water.
- Accidental damage including stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked or other irregular wearing incidents & damage caused by animals chewing or abusing the product.
- Stains, burns, marks, cuts etc.
- Excessive stretching
- Shrinkage caused by extreme heat
Warranty procedure;
- Items returned for warranty evaluation will be processed in approximately 7-14 days.
- Items deemed defective will be repaired or replaced and evaluated on a case by case basis at our discretion.
- Refund can only be requested if warranty claim is within 7 days from purchase date.
